Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. in Tysons, VA, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit to lead software delivery across the lifecycle.

You will translate customer needs into features, drive roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, manage backlogs, and deliver critical security solutions for federal, local, and commercial clients.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance eligibility and a strong background in agile product management and cloud-based services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in product management and software delivery.
SAFe or similar agile certification preferred.
Experience with software lifecycle tools and dashboards.
Security clearance eligibility (TS/SCI) required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to implementation.
Capture, document, and communicate customer needs into features and user stories.
Define and prioritize product roadmaps for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Manage backlog and trade-off decisions.
Lead day-to-day software operations and ensure release targets.
Create system documentation, designs, and maintenance plans.
Plan and conduct user testing (UAT).
Establish KPIs and improve adoption of products.
Lead product demos and training sessions.
