M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist for the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

This role translates complex engineering capabilities into customer-facing value, developing marketing plans, positioning, and launch assets to drive market adoption across federal, local, and commercial customers. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Business Development, and Marketing to align messaging, create campaigns, and enable sales with compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, B2B marketing, sales enablement, product management support, market research, or a related role.
• Ability to understand technical products, services, or solutions and translate them into clear customer-facing value propositions.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Experience developing marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, campaign content, or launch materials.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, buyer personas, ICP development, customer journey mapping, and go-to-market planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing plans for assigned products or product lines using market research and competitive analysis.
• Maintain buyer personas, ICPs, and competitive intelligence for assigned solutions.
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements and shaping roadmaps.
• Create marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and launch materials.
• Lead product launches with cross-functional teams and measure success.
