Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in learning and development or related technical environment.
• Strong engineering, marketing, or business background.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales team with technical support and guidance during the sales process.
• Lead the solution project process ensuring stakeholders are informed for a smooth installation.
• Bridge communication between market and internal technical teams for product applications.
• Contribute to product strategy, pricing insights, promotions, and campaigns.
• Manage the market launch for the machine and ensure knowledge transfer across service, application, and sales teams.
• Collect and report structured customer feedback to identify trends and improvements.
