Job summary

Bystronic Laser AG is seeking a Solution Sales Expert in the United States to partner with local sales teams and proactively develop the solution business. You will train teams on standardized solution bundles, act as the trusted advisor, and coordinate quotations for advanced projects with the Solution Design team.

• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ including international travel.
• Experience in presales/consultative selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local sales teams to grow the solution business.
• Train local sales teams on standardized solution bundles and tools.
• Plan customer visits to generate advanced solution opportunities.
• Coordinate actions to deliver quotations for advanced solution projects with Solution Design team.
• Provide monthly solution business reporting for market region/subsidiary.
