ITW is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and commercial performance for a portfolio of software and equipment products. You will own the product P&L, drive growth, and align direction with market opportunities, working with Product Owners to ensure effective execution in an Agile environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 6 years as a Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps.
• CSPO certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Define long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across lines such as IntelliVIEW, eShop, Equipment Software.
• Lead GTM and 3P-STP-5P marketing strategy for each product category.
• Own product-level P&L, drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead market analysis, competitive landscape, and technology trends.
• Develop go-to-market plans and enable sales with training.
• Engage with key customers, strategic accounts, and industry events.
• Prioritize product investments based on ROI and strategic fit.
• Ensure alignment with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
