ITW, a global industrial company, is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and drive commercial performance for a portfolio of software and equipment products. You will own product P&L, guide growth, and align direction with market opportunities.

In an Agile environment, you will leverage market insights to define value-driven solutions, support GTM, and partner across functions to deliver high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business or related field.
• 6+ years as a Product Owner with development teams.
• Experience managing product strategy and roadmaps; CSPO/SAFe helpful.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and multi-year roadmaps.
• Own product P&L and drive growth across the portfolio.
• Lead GTM, enable sales with product positioning and differentiators.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support and Ops.
