Responsibilities

• Lead hiring decisions, coaching and staff development.
• Develop product strategy and roadmaps; conduct market research and customer interviews.
• Define requirements and backlog for the product management team.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Oversee product development and launches across the portfolio.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and conduct user testing.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends.
• Collaborate with business and operations to drive adoption and value realization.
