Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio of products in Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network.
• Oversee roadmaps and lifecycle management across contracting, credentialing, and network products.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and other partners to translate needs into portfolio strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Plan, organize, staff, and drive day-to-day department operations; define policies and programs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform decisions.
• Guide discovery, business-case development, prioritization, and adoption across teams.
