Highmark Health seeks a strategic Product Manager leader to guide a portfolio including Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities. You will shape multi-year roadmaps, align with enterprise objectives, and drive customer value across stakeholders.

You will manage a team of Product Managers, oversee prioritization, and collaborate with business, technology, and operations partners to ensure successful product delivery and adoption across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of experience in product management, product development, or related field.
• Strong experience with agile development practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience translating customer and market insights into product strategy and roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio strategy across contracting, credentialing, and network products.
• Guide discovery, business-case development, prioritization, and lifecycle management for products.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales and operations to deliver on product roadmaps.
• Establish measures of success and drive adoption and value realization across the portfolio.
