Highmark Health seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for a portfolio spanning Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities. You will guide a team of Product Managers, align stakeholders, and translate customer needs into a cohesive multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.

The role requires collaboration across business, technology, and operations, with accountability for value realization, risk management, and change adoption.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or related field.
• Experience in an agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
• Customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a portfolio including Contracting, Credentialing, and Network.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Product Management team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales; participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Define requirements and backlog management; translate customer needs into investment recommendations and business cases.
• Drive adoption and measure value realization across the portfolio.
