Lead a team of Product Managers and develop a multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives and customer needs.

The role requires strong collaboration with business, technology, and operations, guiding discovery, business-case development, prioritization, and lifecycle management across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Involved in hiring decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to drive change management and adoption across the portfolio.
