Highmark Health is seeking a Product Management leader to drive the strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio of products supporting Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities. The manager will lead a team of Product Managers, establish a multi-year roadmap, and ensure value realization across the portfolio by aligning with business priorities and enterprise objectives.

5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies.

Lead product strategy, vision, and execution for portfolio supporting Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities.
Oversee product roadmaps across Contracting, Credentialing, and Network to improve customer experience and processes.
Guide discovery, business-case development, prioritization, implementation, adoption, and lifecycle management for products.
Collaborate with engineering, design, operations and senior leadership to align investments with outcomes and strategy.
