Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive strategic programs within the Traditional Core Products BU.

This hands-on role requires an electrical engineering foundation to translate market needs into differentiated, manufacturable programs that meet revenue and margin targets. You will own market intelligence, requirements, pricing architecture, and governance, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 7+ years in product management, product marketing, or technical commercial roles in power electronics or adjacent markets.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the industrial products program strategy and roadmap with multi-year plans and portfolio priorities.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence to drive revenue, margin, and win-rate improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing to translate requirements into specifications and execute NPI.
