Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a self-motivated Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to help define our new product strategy and execution.

This role collaborates with IC design, Field & Factory Application Engineers, Sales, and Marketing Communications to ensure timely launches of new products. You will perform market and competitive analysis, manage product requirements, pricing, and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience (5 yrs minimum) in Marketing / Applications within an Analog IC Company.
• Power management background is essential.
• Computing background is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, start‑up environment.
