Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned product(s). You will align business goals with customer requirements and lead cross-functional teams from conception to launch, delivering value and continuous improvement.

The role leverages market insights and data-driven prioritization to inform decisions, while collaborating across departments to refine positioning, messaging, and offerings for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies, while establishing performance standards and productivity targets.
• Manage assigned products through all stages of the product lifecycle, including strategy, development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Craft and deliver presentations and key messaging to clients and prospective clients, communicating value and strategic positioning.
• Develop deep knowledge of Navitus products and market dynamics to expand offerings and refine positioning.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance, user experience, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define product requirements and oversee system enhancements.
• Support client implementations and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including training materials and marketing collateral.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain high-quality standards.
