Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to define vision and drive lifecycle of assigned products. You’ll align business goals, customer needs, and cross-functional teams to deliver value from conception through launch and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies.
• Manage products through all lifecycle stages: strategy, development, launch, optimization, retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
• Craft and deliver messaging to clients and prospects communicating product value.
• Collaborate on expanding offerings and refine positioning for clients.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance and client satisfaction.
• Define product requirements with IT, clinical, and business teams; oversee enhancements.
• Support client implementations and provide SME input to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation, training materials, and collateral.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
