Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned product(s). You will align business goals with customer requirements and cross-functional teams to drive successful development and delivery of healthcare products.

The role involves market trend analysis, data-driven prioritization, and collaboration across IT, clinical, and business units to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies, while establishing and monitoring performance standards and productivity targets to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Manage assigned products through all stages of the product lifecycle, including strategy, development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Craft and deliver presentations and key messaging to clients and prospective clients, effectively communicating value and positioning.
• Develop deep knowledge of Navitus products and market dynamics to expand offerings and refine positioning.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance, user experience, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define product requirements and oversee system enhancements.
• Support client implementations and provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including training materials, reports, and marketing collateral.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, HIPAA, URAC, NCQA, FCC, NCPDP).
• Other duties as assigned.
