Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to join our team. This role focuses on defining the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned products, aligning business goals with customer needs and cross-functional teams.

The Product Manager will guide products from conception through launch, monitor performance, and continuously improve outcomes with data-driven insights in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in product management or related fields.
• Healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Ability to comply with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and roadmaps with metrics.
• Manage products through all lifecycle stages from conception to retirement.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define requirements and ensure quality.
• Support client implementations and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation, training materials, and collateral.
