Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned product(s). You will align business goals with customer requirements and collaborate across IT, clinical, and business teams to deliver value and ensure quality.

You will manage products through all lifecycle stages, develop roadmaps, conduct market research, and craft strategic messaging for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies.
• Manage products through all lifecycle stages including strategy, development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Craft presentations and messaging for clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define requirements and ensure quality.
• Support client implementations and provide SME guidance to stakeholders.
• Create product documentation, training materials, and reports.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CMS, HIPAA, URAC, NCQA, FCC, NCPDP).
