Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of designated products. You will align business goals with customer needs, guiding products from conception to launch and beyond, while collaborating with IT, clinical, and business teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, market insights, and continuous improvement to deliver value and exceptional outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related fields.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; ability to adhere to program objectives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies, while establishing and monitoring performance standards and productivity targets to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Manage assigned products through all stages of the product lifecycle, including strategy, development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Craft and deliver presentations and key messaging to clients and prospective clients, communicating value and strategic positioning.
