Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and lifecycle for assigned products. You will align business goals with customer needs, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven improvements from conception through launch and beyond.

The role emphasizes market insights, stakeholder communication, and continuous product evolution to meet changing demands and deliver value across healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of product management, development, or related experience.
• Healthcare/ PBM/ biomedical exposure preferred.
• Support compliance program objectives.
• Collaborate respectfully with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies, while establishing and monitoring performance standards and productivity targets to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Manage assigned products through all stages of the product lifecycle, including strategy, development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Craft and deliver presentations and key messaging to clients and prospective clients, communicating the value and positioning of products.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance, user experience, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define product requirements and ensure quality and stability.
