Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of project/program/product management experience; PM certification strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on tight deadlines.
• Highly organized with superior communication and coordination skills.
• Understanding of Product, Project and Program Management best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise File Services.
• Develop short- and long-term product plans aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.
• Gather customer feedback and translate needs into clear product priorities.
• Own the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with delivery teams to prioritize work and align execution with objectives.
• Monitor product health and communicate value, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
