Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager for Enterprise File Services to lead a secure, scalable file transfer and management platform. You will define the product vision, prioritize investments, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver measurable value for Federal Reserve functions and national services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
5+ years of project/program/product management experience; PM certification preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on tight deadlines.
Highly organized with strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with diverse subject matter experts; independent and collaborative work.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise File Services.
Develop short- and long-term product plans aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.
Build trusted relationships across Federal Reserve lines and technology groups.
Capture customer feedback and translate needs into clear priorities for the team.
Own the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery, adoption, and improvement.
Collaborate with Owners and agile teams to prioritize work and align with objectives.
Balance customer requests with resiliency, debt, architecture, and investments.
Participate in PI Planning, roadmap planning, and governance processes.
Evaluate opportunities for cloud adoption, automation, AI enablement, self-service, and platform transformation.
Establish KPIs, metrics, adoption measures, and success criteria.
Monitor product health and communicate value, risks, and opportunities to executives.
Ensure alignment with governance, security, risk, and compliance standards.
Foster collaboration across architects, engineers, security, service managers, product owners, and stakeholders.
