Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager for Enterprise File Services. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a secure, scalable file transfer and management platform used across Federal Reserve functions.

You’ll own the product lifecycle, partner with agile teams, measure adoption, and drive modernization while aligning with governance, security, and risk standards. This role requires strong communication and leadership within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires 5 or more years of project/program/product management experience.
• Product and/or Project Management certification strongly preferred
• Experience with product and project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise File Services.
• Develop short- and long-term product plans aligned with customer needs, organizational priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery, adoption, performance measurement, and modernization.
• Partner with Product Owners and agile delivery teams to prioritize work and align execution with objectives.
• Monitor product health and communicate value, risks, and opportunities to executives and stakeholders.
