Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager for Enterprise File Services to define the product vision and prioritize initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable file transfer, management, and integration capabilities for Federal Reserve functions and national services.

Define roadmaps, engage stakeholders, and ensure delivery aligns with governance, security, and operational standards.

Qualifications

Typically requires 5+ years of project/program/product management experience.
Product and/or Project Management certification strongly preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on tight deadlines.
Self-starter with a high personal standard of performance excellence.
Understanding of Product, Project and Program Management best practices and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

Define, communicate, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise File Services.
Develop short- and long-term product plans aligned with customer needs and measurable outcomes.
Own the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Owners and agile delivery teams to prioritize work and align execution with objectives.
Balance customer requests, resiliency, technical debt, and platform transformation.
Participate in PI Planning, roadmap planning, and product governance processes.
