DataCore Software Corporation is seeking a visionary product leader to own the strategy and execution for the enterprise file system portfolio. You will steer market positioning, go-to-market plans, and P&L accountability, while building and mentoring a top-tier product management team.

You will drive multi-year strategy, partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance, and ensure the roadmap delivers on aggressive revenue and competitive goals across on-premises, edge, and cloud

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership role.
• Deep technical expertise in file system architecture, distributed storage systems, and high-performance computing.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for the enterprise file system portfolio, driving revenue growth and market leadership.
• Establish market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with C-suite and technical stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end P&L accountability for the file system product line, including revenue targets and investment decisions.
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing product management team aligned around customer and business outcomes.
