Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, prioritization and execution for a portfolio of digital experiences within a large marketing website ecosystem and lead acquisition program.

The role requires balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities, partnering with analysts, engineering, design, marketers and stakeholders to drive direction, optimize experiences, and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Define product vision and strategy.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business value.
• Roadmap development and backlog management experience.
• Connect customer needs, data insights, and technology into strategy.
• Influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile product development.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, goals and success metrics.
• Build and manage product roadmaps and backlogs; focus on high-value initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify customer needs, business opportunities, and strategic investments.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing and business teams.
• Use customer insights, analytics, market trends and data to drive product decisions.
• Establish and measure key outcomes and objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across teams.
• Remove roadblocks and manage competing priorities; drive delivery.
• Continuously evaluate product performance and opportunities for growth.
