Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Travel Growth & Digital Experience to lead strategy, planning, and execution of digital travel initiatives that drive engagement, bookings, and revenue.

You will partner across Product, Marketing, UX, Digital, Analytics, and external partners to deliver seamless experiences, owning roadmaps and end-to-end delivery. A strong background in digital growth, cross-functional leadership, and agile methods is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related field.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background in digital growth strategies, optimization, and customer engagement.
• Experience building roadmaps and managing initiatives from concept to launch.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping, UX, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience presenting recommendations and results to executives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic product roadmaps focused on customer engagement, digital growth, and revenue generation.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, UX, Digital, Analytics, and external stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, campaigns, and customer experience enhancements.
• Ensure campaigns launch with offers, messaging, assets, and digital experiences.
• Analyze journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion and UX.
• Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product docs.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira, Confluence, Slack.
• Monitor performance metrics and leverage insights to drive prioritization.
• Present roadmaps, business cases, and results to Senior leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors/partners to influence future capabilities and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, engagement, bookings, and revenue online.
• Support organizational growth and scalable product management practices.
