Qualifications

• 4+ years of software Product Management or Product Strategy experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience defining SaaS pricing tiers, feature packaging, or product monetization models.
• Experience monetizing AI/ML capabilities or consumption-based products is a major plus.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define, iterate, and execute value-based pricing and packaging across the Project Execution portfolio.
• Lead product strategy around monetizing AI-driven capabilities and automated workflows.
• Partner with executives, PM, Product Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Sales on GTM and packaging.
• Conduct data-driven analyses of feature utilization, price elasticity, and unit economics.
• Understand customer workflows and translate insights into intuitive packaging.
• Maintain a broad view of the product ecosystem and work with engineering on roadmap execution.
