Job summary

Procore in Austin, TX is seeking a strategic Product Manager to define value-based packaging, pricing, and monetization of AI-enabled features across the Project Execution suite. You will own the end-to-end strategy for packaging, pricing, and delivering value, sitting at the intersection of customer value and business growth, and you may expand responsibilities as our roadmap evolves.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software Product Management or Product Strategy experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record in defining SaaS pricing tiers, feature packaging, or product monetization models.
• Experience monetizing AI/ML capabilities or consumption-based products is a major plus.
• Strong grasp of modern project execution workflows and emerging technology trends (Generative AI).
• Fluency with product metrics, financial modeling, and handling incomplete data.

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Define, iterate, and execute value-based pricing and packaging across the Project Execution portfolio.
• AI & Future of Execution: Lead monetization strategies for AI-driven features and workflows.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align go-to-market strategies with executive leadership and key teams.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze feature usage, price elasticity, retention, and unit economics to optimize SaaS metrics.
• Product Ownership & Growth: Manage feature discovery, roadmap, and collaboration with engineering when needed.
