Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of assigned product category strategies, focusing on growth and competitive position.
• Establish strategic short and long-term category objectives to support corporate goals.
• Drive achievement of annual financial goals including sales, gross margin, COGS, market share, pricing, and product mix.
• Manage product and portfolio lifecycle activities including new opportunity identification, product enhancements, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead new product development projects from concept through launch with cross-functional teams.
