Job summary

Hexion in Columbus, OH, seeks a Product Manager – Material Management/Plant Support to drive material management for core resins and support internal operations. You will manage recipe entry, material extension, raw material approvals, and T-changes with a safety-first mindset.

Lead technical teams, collaborate across Quality, Operations, and Engineering, and optimize processes with data-driven approaches. Strong SAP and analytical skills are essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, material management, and structural adhesives technology.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Office).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely recipe entry, edits, and maintenance in material management systems (e.g., SAP).
• Conduct lab cooks to optimize materials and processes for PF, MF, and UF resins.
• Oversee raw material entry, approval processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate and execute t-changes and t-blends per BU needs.
• Maintain records for compliance and traceability and support incident investigations.
