Job summary

ATP North America LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Product Development to lead technical projects from concept through production. You will coordinate activities across R&D, Sales, Production, Supply Chain, suppliers, testing labs, and customers.

The role requires a degree in chemistry or a related field, 5–10 years in coatings/adhesives, and strong English communication. Travel of about 20%–30% is anticipated, with opportunities to influence multiple stages of product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept through production, including planning and risk management.
• Coordinate prototypes, testing, qualification, and production launches.
• Support adhesive formulations and testing in lab environments.
• Prepare laboratory samples and conduct product and mechanical testing.
• Maintain project reports, risk analyses, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate materials with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical support to customers and partners.
• Suggest improvements to meet quality, timing, and performance goals.
• Participate in domestic and international customer visits as needed.
