Job summary

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead portfolio strategy and drive growth across our engineered fastening solutions.

You will translate market insights into cohesive strategies, collaborate with product development, sales, marketing, and manufacturing, and balance short-term execution with long-term planning. The role requires 5+ years in product management or related fields, experience in building materials is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant

Qualifications

5+ years product management, sales, marketing, or related experience.
Experience in construction fasteners, adhesives, and building materials industry preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in product management/marketing/engineering or related technical field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the execution of assigned product category strategies.
Establish short- and long-term category objectives to support goals.
Drive annual sales, margin, and product mix targets in collaboration with sales.
Manage product lifecycle, enhancements, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Develop business cases for new product opportunities including ROI analysis.
Lead new product development projects from concept to launch.
