Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration.
• Serve as the single point of contact for new vendors seeking integration and guide cross-functional evaluation.
• Craft and maintain field communications related to vendor integrations and operational updates.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues and ensure timely action across teams.
