Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a senior product leader to define and execute the company’s product strategy, partnering with the Chief Product Officer to translate priorities into a clear roadmap and drive execution across teams.

You will build the Product Operations function, implement scalable processes, and apply automation and AI to accelerate decision-making, foster cross-functional alignment, and scale impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, strategy, operations, or adjacent leadership roles.
• Experience building or scaling Product Operations function from scratch.
• Experience defining strategy and driving cross‑functional execution and alignment.
• Experience with analytics tools, experimentation, and product telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CPO to define Docusign's product strategy and translate priorities into quarterly OKRs and roadmaps.
• Facilitate alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners on priorities, trade-offs, and KPIs.
• Own communication of strategy and progress to executives and across the organization.
• Build transparent systems for decision-making and resource allocation.
• Build and scale Product Ops function (team structure, tools, processes) to support faster iteration.
