Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Core Services Platforms to own system strategy supporting our largest enterprise customers. You will translate deeply technical multi-system impact into tangible business outcomes and collaborate with architects, engineers, and cross-functional partners to shape resilient, scalable solutions.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Product Manager, with a strong emphasis on defining requirements, driving go-to-market

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in CS, EE, IT, Systems, MIS or related field.
6+ years in product management for SaaS with a Master’s degree OR 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices at enterprise scale.
Experience building business cases for new product capabilities and innovations.
Experience delivering products using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own the core platform strategy and connect technical investment to customer value.
Lead Strategy and Roadmap for delivering Docusign Core Services initiatives.
Profile high-value, innovative business use cases across complex distributed systems.
Drive vision and requirements for multi-system platform changes into clear specs.
Champion launch efficiency and address technical debt and blockers.
Define KPIs for platform performance and telemetry-driven improvement.
