Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in logistics or industrial engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain and the specified industry.
• Ability to design innovative, cost-effective services that meet business needs.
• Experience in sales enablement and in developing business plans.
• Understanding of industry tools and partner channels.
• Strong problem-solver and cross-functional collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Lead sector planning with annual refresh and 3-5 year re-plans.
• Collaborate with marketing for industry research and partnerships.
• Understand existing and pursued solutions with BD teams.
• Develop and maintain solution set capabilities and operation plans.
• Collect lessons learned and productivity metrics to improve offerings.
• Create go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate and select tools and publish system portfolios.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
