Strategic Product Delivery Leader, Enterprise SaaS

Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Product Delivery Leader to own the P&L, shape staffing and capacity, and ensure delivery excellence across a portfolio of enterprise SaaS engagements. You will bring deep product and delivery expertise to ensure client outcomes and performance.

You will lead a team to optimize margins, forecast revenue, and build reusable delivery assets while partnering with Sales on strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering technology solutions to clients.
• 5–8 years in a senior leadership role at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Experience leading a professional services delivery organization, including managing managers.
• Ownership of a services P&L or product-line financials, with fluency in margin, utilization, revenue forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Track record of building estimation models and reusable delivery accelerators across an engagement portfolio.
• Experience remediating at-risk engagements, identifying risk early, and leading recovery with clients and internal teams.
• Commercial acumen across services scoping, pricing, and statement of work authoring.
• Experience serving professional firms in regulated industries and knowledge of enterprise SaaS implementations, including configuration, integrations, and data migration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client and prospect meetings

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Delivery P&L and capacity planning.
• Protect margin and address delivery risks across engagements.
• Ensure engagements have the right skills and capacity and adjust staffing as engagements evolve.
• Lead a high-performing team with clear expectations for quality, timeliness, and accountability.
• Manage portfolio health and recovery plans with Delivery Management.
• Develop reusable delivery assets and accelerators across engagements.
• Engage early with Sales on strategic opportunities to align on requirements, risk, and outcomes.
