Intapp's clients trust us to get complex implementations right, and the Product Delivery Leader is accountable for making sure we do. This leader owns the business performance, client outcomes, and delivery excellence of their organization, bringing deep product expertise to every engagement and ensuring the right capability and capacity are in place ahead of committed work. The role sits at the center of how Intapp earns and keeps its reputation as a delivery partner for legal, accounting, consulting, private capital, and real assets firms.
Day to day, this leader manages a Product Delivery P&L, oversees demand and capacity planning, and intervenes early when resourcing, performance, or execution puts an engagement at risk. The role requires experience running a professional services delivery organization, ownership of services financials, and a track record of building estimation models, quality standards, and reusable delivery assets across a portfolio of enterprise SaaS implementations.
What you will do
- Own the Product Delivery P&L, translating revenue, margin, and utilization targets into staffing, pricing, and capacity decisions, while managing demand and capacity ahead of committed work.
- Protect margin and anticipate delivery risk by addressing what causes concessions, rework, and leakage, including estimation, staffing, quality, and execution, and by maintaining a forward-looking view of delivery health so you can act on risks to business performance before the quarter is decided.
- Ensure every engagement has the right skills, experience, seniority, architecture support, and capacity for its complexity and risk, and adjust staffing or leadership as engagements evolve.
- Lead a high-performing team by setting clear expectations for quality, timeliness, and accountability, managing performance directly, and developing and retaining strong talent.
- Hold delivery teams accountable to the integrated project plan, identify and remediate risk before it causes delays or escalations, and work with Delivery Management on portfolio health and recovery plans.
- Strengthen delivery expertise across the organization by owning estimation models and quality review gates, building reusable accelerators, and feeding recurring implementation issues back to Product and Engineering.
- Be a trusted delivery partner to Sales by engaging early on strategic and complex opportunities to align on requirements, risk, and expertise, balancing commercial responsiveness with disciplined commitments that protect client outcomes and delivery economics, and building credibility through predictable execution and referenceable clients who reinforce Intapp's value in the market.
