Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Product Consultant to support the Financials and Resource Management product line for General Contractor clients.

You will consult with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to train clients on Procore platforms and share best practices, becoming a trusted advisor across the client’s organization. You will collaborate with multiple teams, develop best practices, and travel up to 50% to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry transitioning into software consulting.
• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Finance Manager, Estimator or Project Engineer.
• Experience managing project construction: bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents and schedule; quality control and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop clients into Procore experts and evangelists through consultation.
• Leverage construction industry knowledge to improve client business processes within Procore.
• Provide high-level service and education to clients through clear communication.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive culture.
• Collaborate across Procore to develop best practices and drive market leadership.
• Master Procore product offerings and customer success best practices.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites, events, and other offices.
