Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Strategic Product Consultant to guide General Contractor clients in adopting and optimizing Procore’s Financials and Resource Management products. You’ll train, advise, and evangelize best practices across client organizations from a remote US/Canada base.

You’ll partner with Project Managers and Customer Success engineers to deepen Procore platform expertise, drive client outcomes, and promote modernization of the construction industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the construction industry with a transition to software consulting.
• Experience as Assistant PM, Project Manager, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers to develop clients into Procore experts and evangelists.
• Leverage real estate development and construction industry knowledge to improve client processes.
• Provide top-tier service and education through clear communication.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive culture.
• Collaborate to develop best practices and drive Procore evolution as a market leader.
• Develop mastery of Procore offerings, services, and Customer Success practices.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites, events, and other Procore offices.
