Job summary

Procore is seeking a Strategic Product Consultant to support the Financials and Resource Management line for General Contractor clients. You will coach Project Managers and Success Engineers, promoting best practices in Procore's cloud platform and construction tech.

The role emphasizes consultative training, client process improvement, and collaboration across the organization, with up to 50% travel to sites and events. Remote work from US/Canada is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the construction industry transitioning to software consulting.
• Experience as Assistant PM, PM, Project Finance Manager, Estimator or Project Engineer.
• Experience managing construction projects: bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specs, schedules, QC and safety.
• Experience establishing SOPs preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job description

We're looking for a Strategic Product Consultant to support the specialization of our Financials and Resource Management product line for our General Contractor customers. In this role, you'll leverage your consultative-mindset and knowledge of the real estate development and construction industry and Procore's software platforms to provide General Contractor clients with best practices on utilizing the systems.

As a Strategic Product Consultant, you'll partner with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to supplement client training with technical knowledge of cloud-based software and Procore platform expertise. Successful candidates are technology enthusiasts and promoters of modernizing the construction industry.

This position reports to the Manager, Strategic Product Consultants and can be based remotely from a US or Canada location. We're looking for candidates to join our team immediately!

What you'll do:

• Work with Project Managers to develop clients into Procore experts and evangelists through consultation
• Leverage knowledge of the real estate development and construction industry to improve client business processes in Procore and across the client's entire organization
• Provide the highest level of service and education to Procore's clients through clear and effective communication
• Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices and drive Procore's evolution as a market leader
• Develop a mastery of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
• Up to 50% travel to client sites (may include domestic and international), industry events, and other Procore offices

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry looking to transition into a fast-paced software consulting and advisory role
• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer
• Experience managing project construction, including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents and schedule, quality control and safety
• Experience establishing SOPs preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Base Pay Range:

118,972.80 - 163,587.60 USD Annual

On Target Earning Range:

139,968.00 - 192,456.00 USD Annual
