Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Procurement and Vendor Specialist to support a dynamic program. You will manage procurement activities from rapid purchases to complex subcontracts and work closely with project teams to meet customer requirements.

This role requires a TS/SCI with POLY clearance and strong skills in MS Office, ERP systems, and FAR regulations. You will coordinate with contracts, procurement, and program teams to drive timely delivery and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute procurement strategies.
• Experience with government contracting and FAR regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate procurement coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess goals and develop procurement strategies aligned with customer satisfaction.
• Execute procurement strategies as part of a cross-functional supply chain team.
• Prepare purchase requests and SSOWs for subcontracting.
• Serve as liaison between program teams and procurement, contracts, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
