Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage global procurement accounts and vendor relations in support of mission-critical operations. The role emphasizes ethical handling of sensitive assets, financial tracking, and cross-team coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a Secret clearance (with ability to obtain TS/SCI), a business/SCM or related degree, and hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and purchasing technical equipment or services.
• Strong financial tracking and account reconciliation skills.
• Ethical integrity in handling sensitive assets and resources.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Account & Fund Management: Manage e-mail, phone, and resources for all procurement accounts; Monitor account balances; Record and store receipts; Conduct monthly financial audits and fund requests.
• Vendor & Purchasing Management: Research vendors, tools, and methods; Purchase infrastructure meeting specs; Communicate with global vendors; Schedule deliveries.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with systems admins and engineers; Deploy and maintain services; Liaise between operations and vendors; Troubleshoot outages.
• Documentation & Database Management: Update internal databases, SOPs; Maintain procurement data; Prepare reports and audits.
• Analysis & Improvement: Run reports; Research new tools; Monitor market trends; Implement process improvements.
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Active Secret clearance; Bachelor's degree; Experience in procurement; Strong organizational and technical skills.
