Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Procurement and Vendor Specialist to support a dynamic program. You will manage procurement activities from rapid purchases to complex subcontracts and work closely with project teams to meet customer requirements.
This role requires a TS/SCI with POLY clearance and strong skills in MS Office, ERP systems, and FAR regulations. You will coordinate with contracts, procurement, and program teams to drive timely delivery and process improvements.

This role requires a proactive professional who can manage a wide range of procurement activities—from rapid, short-turn purchases to complex purchase orders for materials, services, and labor subcontracts. The Procurement and Vendor Specialist will be part of a collaborative team responsible for executing technical, facilities, and logistical procurements. This individual will work closely with project teams to analyze procurement objectives, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with POLY
The salary associated with this position ($77,000–$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
