Job summary

STN, Inc. is seeking a Procurement & Vendor Management Manager to lead strategic sourcing for resale and internal services from Pleasanton, CA.

This role focuses on securing favorable pricing, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost savings across hardware, software, and services. You will own end-to-end procurement lifecycle, coordinate with Finance and Legal, and oversee data center buildout purchases,, contracts, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience negotiating and administering commercial agreements, with terms that matter: pricing, SLAs, payments.

Responsibilities

• Own resale and internal procurement processes, including sourcing, pricing, and compliant contract management.
• Manage site buildouts procurement, including long-lead items and vendor bids.
• Own vendor master, diligence, and ongoing security/privacy reviews.
• Negotiate SaaS, professional services, and recurring service agreements with renewal calendars.
• Track savings, budget alignment, and report results to Chief of Staff.
