Job summary

STN, Inc. in Pleasanton is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Order Management Coordinator to own end-to-end order processing—from PO entry to fulfillment—and to manage vendor purchase orders, pricing requests, and contract documentation.

You will collaborate with Client Success Managers and Account Managers to request renewal quotes, monitor expiration dates, and ensure timely quotes and orders, while maintaining accurate CRM and procurement records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in procurement, order management, purchasing, or sales operations (IT services preferred).
• Experience processing end-to-end orders and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with vendor/distributor quoting; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders end-to-end from PO entry to fulfillment.
• Track order status and updates in CRM and procurement systems.
• Communicate delays or issues to CSMs, Account Managers, and clients.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and expedite requests.
• Maintain accurate order records and delivery confirmations.
