Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Manager, Procurement to lead vendor acquisition, evaluation, and contract management activities across the organization. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Vendor Risk, and Finance to ensure compliant and financially sound vendor relationships.

The role oversees a procurement team, drives market research, RFI/RFP processes, ROI analyses, and negotiation support, including SLAs and SOWs, while monitoring spend and performance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Accounting or Finance or similar field of study or equivalent work experience required.
• Professional designations related to vendor procurement such as project management or other similar certification required, or ability to obtain within one year.
• 5+ years of experience in vendor procurement, financial analysis, or sourcing, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy benefits management, or information technology.
• 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, or providing work direction to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor procurement activities including RFI/RFP processes and evaluation of responses.
• Conduct market research and financial analyses to support vendor selection and budgeting.
• Negotiate terms, SLAs, and contract documentation with Legal and Vendor Risk teams.
• Coach and develop procurement staff to ensure consistent execution of processes and governance.
