Job summary

STN Incorporated is seeking a Procurement & Vendor Management Manager to lead strategic sourcing for resale, internal services, and data center site buildouts. You will own end-to-end procurement, negotiate complex terms, and manage vendor performance to protect margins.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Technical Operations to drive savings, ensure compliance, and optimize spend across multiple categories, including hardware, software, and services.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience negotiating and administering commercial agreements with focus on pricing, SLAs, and renewal mechanics.
• Experience across multiple spend categories including software, services, construction, and infrastructure equipment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and price hardware, software, and third-party support across OEMs, distributors, and VARs.
• Own the resale PO lifecycle from issuance through receipt and reconciliation.
• Manage internal procurement for services, SaaS, and corporate spend with competitive sourcing processes.
• Lead site buildouts procurement, including long-lead items and trade bids.
• Own vendor master setup, diligence, and ongoing security/privacy reviews.
• Develop category strategies and negotiate renewals and terms.
